Carmel Closed Sales | February 2010 vs. February 2009 There were 54 closed sales in Carmel Indiana in February 2010.  Of those, 2 were over $1 million, 10 were between $500,000 and $1 million, and the remainder (42) were under $500,000.  The lowest priced home was a 3 bedroom foreclosure that sold for $45,000.
